Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We work on helping you clarify what you want, eliminate the blocks keeping you where you no longer want to be, and create a plan to move forward. Coaching is about designing your future, not healing your past.
Therapy is typically focused on healing past wounds, processing trauma, and treating mental health conditions. Therapists are licensed mental health professionals who diagnose and treat psychological issues.
Therapy asks, "Why do I feel this way?". Coaching asks, "What do I want and how do I get there?"
If you're experiencing mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, or trauma, therapy is the right choice. If you're eager to move forward, make changes, and take action on your goals, coaching is for you.
Important: I am not a licensed mental health professional. I am a certified coach. Coaching is not therapy and cannot replace mental health treatment. If you're struggling with mental health challenges, please work with a licensed therapist.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that helps you access your subconscious mind to create lasting change. During hypnosis, you're in a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to meditation or daydreaming. Your mind is more open to positive suggestions and new perspectives.
What it's NOT: You're not asleep, unconscious, or under someone's control. You're fully aware and in control the entire time. Hypnotherapy isn't stage hypnosis; it's a legitimate, evidence-based technique used by coaches and therapists worldwide.
What we use it for:
- Shifting limiting beliefs at the subconscious level
- Building confidence and self-trust
- Reducing anxiety around big decisions
- Anchoring your new identity as you start your adventure
Hypnotherapy is integrated into my coaching programs when it's the right tool for your situation. It's incredibly effective and works beautifully online. Throughout our sessions, we may consider hypnotherapy techniques, including a guided hynotherapy script within our session, or customized, recorded sessions that you can listen to and incorporate into your daily practice on your own.
Honestly? Don't choose me just because I have certifications (though I do - I have received more education and training than most coaches on the market). You should choose me if you want a coach who's actually done the scary things, including moved countries, changed careers, built businesses, and said yes when it made no sense to anyone else at all.
I'm not going to sit back and tell you what to do. I'm not here to give advice or hand you a roadmap someone else created. That's not coaching.
What I will do is help you find your own answers. The ones that are already inside you but hard to see when you're too close to the situation. We work together. I ask the questions you've been avoiding, challenge the stories holding you back, and hold up a mirror so you can see what's possible.
You do the work. I walk beside you.
I'm a coach with specialized training in NLP, Timeline Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Mindset Coaching, currently completing my ICF ACC accreditation. I'm a Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified NLP Coach, Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, Certified Time Line Therapy Practitioner, Certified Mindset Dimensions Practitioner, and Certified Mindset Coach.
What this means for you: I can work at the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious levels to create real, lasting results. We're not just talking through your challenges; we're rewiring the beliefs and patterns holding you back.
A Note on What I Don't Do
I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health counselor. Coaching is not therapy. If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health challenges, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is for people who are ready to move forward, clarify goals, and take action—not for healing clinical mental health conditions.
A Discovery Call is a free 15-minute conversation where we get to know each other and see if we're aligned.
On the call, we'll:
- Talk about what you're experiencing and what you want to change.
- Discuss which program might be the best fit for your goals.
- See if we click. Coaching is personal, and it's important we're a good match.
- Answer any questions you have about how I work.
Why we do it: Coaching is an investment of your time, energy, and money. I want to make sure I'm the right coach for you, and you want to make sure my approach resonates. The Discovery Call gives us both clarity before we commit.
There's no pressure and no sales pitch. We’ll just have an honest conversation about whether we should work together.
That's exactly why we start with a Discovery Call. We can both assess if we're aligned before you commit to a program.
If during the Discovery Call we realize it's not a fit:
I'll be honest with you and may refer you to another coach or resource that's better suited to your needs.
You'll leave with direction on what kind of support you're looking for.
No hard feelings! Finding the right coach matters.
If we're already working together and something feels off:
Let's talk about it. I want to know what's not clicking so we can adjust our approach together.
Coaching requires commitment from both of us, and sometimes the breakthrough comes right after the resistance. We'll work through it.
My programs are non-refundable once we begin. Coaching is a partnership that requires commitment, and the Discovery Call ensures we're both confident before we start.
Coaching requires your active participation and commitment. I provide the tools, frameworks, and support, but your results depend on your willingness to do the work, show up honestly, and take action on what we uncover together.
I can't guarantee specific outcomes or timelines, but I can promise that if you show up fully, we'll create meaningful change and momentum together.
To get the most from our time together, I recommend:
Clear your schedule: Have nothing planned immediately before or just after our session. This keeps your mind focused without worrying about arriving on time or rushing somewhere else when we finish.
Limit distractions: Turn off your phone or silence notifications. Prepare a quiet, private space, and sit in a position that makes you feel comfortable, wherever that may be. No judgments here.
Have materials ready: Keep a notebook and pen handy, or have a way to record your insights, questions, and thoughts.
Check meeting details: You should have received a Google Meet invitation with our video link. Check it beforehand so we can get started without delays.
Center yourself: Meditate, take a few deep breaths, or simply sit in silence for a few minutes before we get started. Open yourself up to honesty, vulnerability, and healthy discomfort.
Come with intention: If you have pre-tasks to complete, have them ready well in advance. Review what you've done before our session begins.
The more present and prepared you are, the deeper we can go.
I require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice:
- The session will be forfeited (no refund, no make-up session).
If I need to cancel or reschedule:
- I'll give you as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours' notice).
- We'll reschedule at a time that works for you.
- Your session will never be forfeited if I'm the one who needs to cancel.
Emergencies happen. If something truly urgent comes up for either of us, we’ll connect and discuss.
Why this policy matters: Your coaching sessions are reserved time exclusively for you. When you cancel last minute, I can't fill that spot, and it impacts both of our schedules. The 24-hour policy ensures we both respect each other's time.
All package payments are made before our first session. You can pay by Venmo, Zelle, Wise, or bank transfer.
Individual sessions are not available for purchase separately unless you have already completed a coaching package with me.
All coaching is 100% online via Zoom or Google Meet with video on.
Why online?
Just as effective: I've been coaching online since I started, and the results are just as powerful as in-person work. Hypnotherapy, NLP, belief change - all of it works through video.
Convenient: No commute, no travel time. You can do your session from home, your office, or anywhere with a private, quiet space and good wifi.
Flexible: Online coaching means we can work together no matter where you are or where I am.
Why video?
The work we do together requires me to see your facial expressions, body language, and emotional responses. This allows me to guide you more effectively and creates the connection and presence that phone calls can't provide.
What you'll need
Use a computer or tablet (rather than your phone) so your hands are free and your body can be fully comfortable.
Ensure you have a strong internet connection.
Find a private, quiet space where you can talk openly.
Phone sessions (no video): Are only available in special circumstances (poor internet, unexpected travel, technical issues) and must be arranged in advance.
It depends on what you're working on. Some sessions will feel more impactful than others. Some techniques and belief change work need time to sink in. Transformation isn't always linear. In my experience, I notice the true effects of coaching outside of the sessions, as breakthroughs happen out in the real world.
The minimum to see real, lasting results is typically 6 sessions, but deeper shifts can sometimes require more time.

Leap Decision Day is for time-sensitive decisions when you need rapid clarity
1 intensive day or 2 half-days
The timeline that's right for you depends on where you're starting, how quickly you want to begin your next adventure, and how deep you want to go.
If none of these packages feel exactly right for you, that's ok. Let's talk about what would.
Before your first session, we’ll set all dates for your package. If your package is longer than 6 weeks, we’ll have a standard day and time to meet each week or every 2 weeks. If you have a vacation or a conflict on the schedule, no problem. We’ll plan ahead.
The edge of the leap is that moment right before you take action towards a big change - whatever that may mean for you. It's the space where you know something needs to change, but you're either unsure where to go from here, or you feel stuck and unable to embrace the urge. Overthinking. Paralyzed. Standing at the edge, looking out at what's possible, but unable to move forward.
I found myself at that edge SO many times in my life. Before moving to Spain, before leaving stable jobs, before starting new projects and hobbies, before ending relationships, before becoming a coach. That moment of "Am I really going to do this?" / "Am I totally insane?" / "Why can’t I just be happy with how things are?" "What do I really WANT?" kept showing up. I’m guilty of spending too much time there, but I pushed my a** forward with some perseverance, a good hard look at myself, and the help of an amazing coach. It’s not that I wasn't capable. I just couldn't get out of my own way.
Edge of the Leap is about helping you move from that frozen place to confident, forward action. It's about finally making the move you've been thinking about (or trying to not think about) for ages.
But what we're calling a "leap" quite simply means that you're just coming home to yourself. It's finally living as the person you've always known you could be.
