Hey there.

I’m Jess Gaspari, Founder of Edge of the Leap.

Coaching is intimate work. Like, really personal.

You're going to tell me things you've maybe never said out loud. The real fears. The "am I crazy for wanting this?" thoughts. The voice in your head that won't shut up. We're going to dig into the dreams you're scared to admit you want and the stuff you've been avoiding.

For that to work, we need to click.

So here's who I am, unfiltered. Read this. If you think "YES, this person gets it", then let's talk. If something feels off? Listen to that. Finding the right coach matters more than starting with any coach.

My First Leap Changed Everything

At 21, just before graduating from college with a marketing degree and a safe path ahead, I Googled "how to move to Spain," found a one-month teaching course, and three months later, I landed at the Barcelona airport with no job, no connections, and no place to live.

That was my first real adventure. And it changed everything.

What I've Learned From Decades of Adventures

Since that first jump, I've built a life that's entirely mine, and it hasn't looked like anyone else's playbook.

I've moved back and forth between countries, left stable jobs to go freelance (more than once), started a cross-continent relationship that turned into a wonderful marriage with two awesome stepkids, built a luxury travel company from a two-person operation into a thriving business, and learned to play drums at 38. Fun stuff!

Some shifts were terrifying. Some didn't work out. Some led me down paths I never expected. Some were calculated risks, others on a whim. Some made me cry, laugh, pee my pants with excitement, and hyperventilate from anxiety. And every single one taught me something I could never have learned by playing it safe.

Here's what I've realized: The voice that's whispering to you doesn't go away. It only gets louder. And the more adventures you say yes to, the easier it becomes to keep doing it.

Why I Do This Work

I've always been the friend everyone comes to. The secret holder. The one who listens without judgment and helps people see what they can't see on their own. Turns out, that's exactly what makes a good coach.

What lights me up? People who want to be brave enough to say "F*** it, I'm going for it." The ones who refuse to settle, go against the grain, and ignore everyone else's expectations because they know, deep down, that it's not good enough. Those are my people. I see myself in you.

Again and again in life, I've looked ahead at a new big adventure, knowing it was time for a change. But defining the jump? That was the hard part.

That's where my coach came in. She helped me see what I couldn't see, asked the questions I was avoiding, and held up a torch when I was standing in the dark. She didn't do the work for me, but she helped me pave my own path forward.

Now? I help other people do the same.

And if you don't feel ready, or something is holding you back, I believe in you. Even if you don't believe in yourself yet.

My Training & Credentials

I'm a coach with specialized training in Mindset Coaching, NLP, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy, currently completing my ICF ACC accreditation. I'm a Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified NLP Coach, Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, Certified Time Line Therapy Practitioner, Certified Mindset Dimensions Practitioner, and Certified Mindset Coach.

What that means for you: I work at the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious levels to create real, lasting results. We're not just talking through your challenges; we're rewiring the beliefs and patterns holding you back.

But honestly? My real credentials are the opportunities I've said hell yes to, the life I've built, and the clients I've walked alongside as they figured out their next chapter.

A Note on What I Don't Do

I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health counselor. Coaching is not therapy. If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health challenges, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is for people who are ready to move forward, clarify goals, and take action—not for healing clinical mental health conditions.

Ready to take your next leap?

If that voice in your head is getting louder, if you can't shake that itchy feeling that you’re missing something, let's talk. You don't have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to have anything figured out.

You just have to be willing to start.
