This is the place for you if…

 

You're a woman who's tired of saying no, fed up with watching opportunities pass because you're waiting to feel confident enough, experienced enough, credible enough, brave enough, ready enough. You're tired of being the person who opts out. Who stays small. Who plays it safe while watching others take the leap you know you could take too.

 

You don’t lack knowledge, and you're not stuck because you don't know what to do.

 

You’re just frozen in the space between knowing and doing. Seeing the small leaps, the little ways you could show up better for yourself, but not taking them: The conversation with your boss, the boundary you need to set with your sister, all the times you say yes when you want to say no.

 

You want to take action, but you don't know where to start. Without structure, nothing sticks. How will you follow through when discomfort hits? Who will hold you accountable when doubt creeps in at 3 am?

 

So you stay here, in the gap. Knowing better, but not becoming better.

 

And now, you’re deciding that you are ready. Deciding that the gap needs to close, that you are now playing big, that you are brave enough. Stuck is no longer an option. It’s time to become the next version of yourself.

What this Program is
(and isn't)

Firstly, what is a leap? It's anything that puts you just outside your comfort zone to make healthy progress, building your confidence. Recent small leaps of mine include: Not feeling guilty for being “annoying”, saying "no" when I wanted to, and parting ways with my perfectionism. You have full control over how big or small each leap is going to be

 

30 Days of Leaps is designed for women ready to close the gap between who they are and who they want to become. Not through one giant leap, but through 30 small, deliberate ones. Your leaps will be designed and decided by you, with my support and that of your groupmates. Need help deciding what to do? We'll have activities to plan for exactly that. 

 

I know, from my own leaps, that small consistent actions don't just move you closer to your goal; they build a muscle. A confidence muscle. An evidence muscle that whispers "you can do hard shit" the next time fear tries to stop you.

 

This program requires full commitment to taking one small leap per day and being held accountable by a community that gets it. That means every day, for 30 days straight. Whether you have a flat tire, couldn’t sleep, have a screaming newborn, or are on vacation. This commitment is to your leaps, yourself, and your groupmates.

 

You'll see that the discomfort is survivable, and by Day 30, you won't be the same person who started on Day 1.

 

Quick note: this is NOT a space for anyone who wants to show up only partially or have someone else do the work for them. Showing up for 30 days means just that - you show up for all 30 days. If you’re not ready for that, all good! Come back when you are. We’ll be here waiting for you.

There’s a different version of you that's waiting on the other side. You’ll leave with a stronger, braver version of yourself, supported by a new group of like-minded women who will be with you every step of the way.

The common denominator? We’re all afraid. We’re all saying yes anyway.

 

Embrace the challenge with a community of people who are in exactly the same state of mind, feeling shy and uncertain, but ready to take some leaps.

 

You’ll share your progress daily, and your group/team/cheerleaders will be there to help you feel safe while you work through it. This is a supportive space to learn and grow.

 

It’s also just super fun to do it together.

 

We’ll cap our group at a maximum of 8 participants, so we form a strong, intimate bond, and everyone feels heard.

Schedule, expectations, the whole shebang

What’s included:

1x 1:1 Discovery call (20-30 minutes)

Our first call is a no-pressure chat to see if we’re aligned and if this program is right for you. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the program, my coaching style and qualifications, or anything else on your mind.

 

1x 1:1 VIP Foundations First Alignment Session (1 hour)

In this private session, we’ll prepare you to enter our program with clarity around why you’re doing this and what you want to get out of it. Together, we’ll dive deeper into your motivation for building confidence and how you’ll know you’ve achieved it. How will you know you've succeeded? If you can't measure it, you can't achieve it. Using proven frameworks, we’ll ensure that this challenge aligns with who you are at your core.

 

1x Group Kickoff Call (1 hour)

You’ll introduce yourself in our community before we begin, so names and faces should already be familiar! This call will ease us all into our challenge, set some expectations, and prepare ourselves for the challenge to begin!

 

4x Group Weekly live Coaching Sessions (1 hour each)

In each session, we’ll share and reflect on our progress, explore a different area of growth and development, and congratulate each other on the progress we’re making. These weekly calls, in addition to our daily updates, will hold you accountable to yourself and to the group.

1x The Last Leap Closing Call (1 hour)

To celebrate all of our success and have a proper farewell!

July PILOT PROGRAM Schedule:

  • 1:1 Discovery call: Scheduled individually, 20 minutes

  • 1:1 VIP Foundations First Session: Scheduled individually on or before June 30, 1 hour

  • Wed, July 1: Kickoff Call - 7pm EST, 1 hour

  • Wed, July 8: Group Session 1 - 7pm EST, 1 hour

  • Wed, July 15: Group Session 2 - 7pm EST, 1 hour

  • Wed, July 22: Group Session 3 - 7pm EST, 1 hour

  • Wed, July 29: Group Session 4 - 7pm EST, 1 hour

  • Sat, August 1: The Last Leap Closing Call - 9am EST, 1 hour

 

Plus:

  • 2x 1:1 15-minute check-in calls (by request) - In case you need some extra support and guidanceMy unshakable belief that you can do this and unflappable excitement to guide you along the way - Because I already KNOW you can do this.

 

You’ll contribute:

  • Individual Pre-program work (2 hours+) - This MUST be completed before we begin.

  • 30x Leaps, done daily (time investment dependent on leap)

  • 30x Daily posts/progress checks (a few minutes every day)Between-session tasks (1 hour+ per week)

  • Your honesty, kindness, open-mindedness and bravery
