Payment Terms

Payment Structure

All package payments to Edge of the Leap LLC must be made in full before your first coaching session begins.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Venmo
Zelle
Wise
Bank transfer

Individual Sessions

Individual coaching sessions are not available for purchase separately unless you have already completed a full coaching package with me.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice:

The session will be forfeited (no refund, no make-up session)

If I need to cancel or reschedule:

I'll provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible
We'll reschedule at a time that works for you
Your session will never be forfeited if I need to cancel

Emergencies

I understand that true emergencies happen. If something urgent comes up for either of us, we'll connect and discuss the situation.

Why this policy matters: Your coaching sessions are reserved time exclusively for you. When sessions are cancelled last minute, that time cannot be filled, which impacts both of our schedules. This 24-hour policy ensures we both respect each other's time and commitment.
