You've built your DMC from the ground up. You're successful, always pushing forward, working your ass off, and now you carry the weight of a team with you. Through 1:1 coaching sessions, you'll get the clarity to execute on what you already know you need and want, managing competing demands on your time and energy, to build the next, upgraded version of what you want from yourself and your business. 6-session package minimum.
1:1 Coach for your team leads
Many travel leaders are promoted to Sales or Operations leads without any management training or coaching. Once you have a defined vision, we design a coaching journey for your leaders to ensure their professional growth, in line with the direction of your business. 6-session package minimum.
Project Consultant
Coaching creates the architecture of your future DMC. Once the blueprint is determined, it's time to roll up our sleeves. We'll design a bespoke consulting agreement for organizational, operational, and systems work to help your team work faster, more clearly, and more happily in the long run. 15-hour package minimum.
These services can be defined and extended on an ongoing, as-needed basis, once minimum commitments have been satisfied. I offer coaching on a stand-alone basis and offer consulting only after a coaching package has been completed and the intention of project work has been clearly defined.
Why me?
I've been in your shoes. I built a DMC from a 2-person, scrappy startup to a well-oiled 10-person machine, offering bespoke luxury travel planning services across three countries.
Certifications aplenty. I'm an ICF ACC-level coach, a Mindset Coach, Neurolinguistic Practitioner, Time Line Therapy Practitioner, and Hypnosis Practitioner. I've done the work and then some.
20 years abroad. I know how to read, adapt to, and successfully work alongside people from many cultures with a range of personalities, hopes, dreams, and unique versions of what living your best life can mean.
A pragmatic approach. We work from the ground up. Most travel leaders started from a place of unflappable passion and excitement to share the places they love most. Passion turned into success and a relentless schedule, with no time set aside to zoom out and consider the big picture. We build the foundation first, then structure next steps for you and your team.
